Global operations expertise, financial savvy with budgets and P&L's, and a natural ability to talk to staff, customers, professional athletes and cameras. I've managed both hardgoods and softgoods teams, technical and lifestyle products, laboratory teams and product showrooms I work in all these spaces today and enjoy as much the technical abilities of materials & factories as I do talking to the sales teams or consumers about what makes our products work so well. But any good engineer should be able to design/program and cut on a CNC, I enjoy building with my own hands and getting messy trying new things.
