- Sponsorship of projects covering nuclear propulsion, infrastructure and liabilities management totalling £700M per year within the capability sponsor organisation for the Defence nuclear programme. - Tenure covered 2015 General Election, SDSR and key programme decisions for the Dreadnought Class.

- Staff of the Senior British Military Advisor to US Central Command as the J3/J5 Coord and MA to the UK Chief of Staff. The period included the 'surge' of US troops in Iraq and coalition operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the wider region.
