Lead teams of four South Region financial centers, supported the successful opening of three new locations as part of Allegacy's expansion in the Greater Charlotte Metro area. Collaborates with local in-house business partners to create an inclusive and cohesive financial services team, working together to enhance and deepen relationships with our members to achieve organizational goals.Responsible for overall sales production within Financial Centers, including managing and developing Financial Center Managers and their teams. Reporting in to the SVP/Chief Retail and Marketing Officer, manage a team of 19 in established branch of over $1B in deposits (largest in credit union) and $430M in loans. Maintain overall responsibility for branch sales and service levels. Develop effective sales culture utilizing daily, weekly, and monthly sales management tools, processes and techniques. Leads, coaches, develops, supports and motivates all branch staff to achieve/exceed sales, service and operational goals. - Senior Branch Management of Lloyd Center Branch (2007 to 2010 & 2020 to Present).- Promoted to VP, Branch Manager of Lake Oswego (Kruse Meadows) Branch (2014 to 2020)- Operations leadership, planning, and execution of ground floor opening of Vaughn Street Branch (2012 to 2014), the "flagship" of branch banking at OnPoint, due to its proximity to OP headquarters in Montgomery Park. Additionally, led hiring, onboarding and training of new branch team.- OnPoint underwriting and approval authority for Consumer Lending (up to $150k), in addition to training and mentoring staff to do the same.
