Each person has a unique story. Accomplishments, challenges, hopes, and fears form deeply personal perspectives that can influence their sense of security. I help each client articulate a view of their future. As we craft a financial plan consistent with their priorities, we define what it means to “get it right.” Together, we develop and execute a strategy to navigate a changing world.Whether working with a serial entrepreneur or a woman who has been recently widowed or divorced, we begin with a frank and in-depth conversation. We define success in their terms, establishing a framework for spending and investing. This builds a foundation of clarity and control.I often advise across multiple generations of the same family. Our engagement may involve investing in the capital markets or exploring options related to a family-owned enterprise. This may represent the majority of their wealth. Having built and sold a family business myself, I bring a deep level of understanding to such clients. Parents often wish to transfer more than wealth to future generations. They value my role as a counselor, coach, and resource. Our financial plan addresses the needs and concerns of each cohort. It may fuel philanthropy, supporting causes or institutions they value. An important aspect of my practice is working with women who have experienced loss through death or divorce. I help these clients as they refocus and rebuild. Over time this work can build a sense of security that may have been lost. Seeing a client emerge from a difficult period feeling empowered and taking pride in her life is extremely gratifying.SPECIALTIES: Asset Allocation, Business Owners, Cash Balance Plans, Corporate Executives, Cross Border Families, Divorced and Widowed, Estate Planning, High Net Worth Individuals, Investment Management, Multigenerational Families (Asset Allocation, Planning), Pre-Transaction Planning
