Heritage, Gardens, Attractions & Tourism Specialist - Strategic Thinker - Development Cultivator - Agent of Change - Director – Seasoned Speaker -– Passionate about People, Plants & the Planet - Eternal Optimist I have spent the last twenty years working in some of the most inspiring places in the world and have helped them become more relevant, engaging and sustainable: botanic gardens, historic properties, museums, castles, art galleries, archaeological sites and with communities (large and small) in the UK and overseas. I have worn many hats through my career: researcher, manager, consultant, intervention officer and have acquired a broad range of skills that have helped organisations excel. I love building. I am a showman at heart with an entrepreneurial zest for life, a love of people and an unquenchable thirst for improvement.People have described me as a catalytic leader; an empowering team player with an ability to help those believe in necessary change or projects that may stretch beyond the usual comfort zone. My open approach and ability to navigate complex challenges has also been applied in the USA.
