As Managing Director, Andy oversees Portfolio Management alongside Blake for all WPCM-managed funds and siloed investments. His responsibilities include client relations, monitoring individual property and fund operations, reviewing new investment opportunities, facilitating new financing and refinancing, and leading disposition efforts. During his tenure at WPCM Andy was a lead on the Acquisitions team, identifying new opportunities, overseeing an investment team, managing due diligence, and developing business plans for each investment.
