Project Manager working for the ATLAS Account delivering the Maritime Wide Area Network (MARWAN) programme to the Royal Navy. MARWAN encompasses multiple projects delivering secure WAN communications solutions to the UK Fleet allowing vessels to communicate ship to ship, or to reach into the shore based fixed networks via multiple bearer options including satellite, RF and various dial-up, ISDN and Ethernet solutions when ships are operating in alongside mode.Responsible for financial and budgetary control, governance, obsolescence management and documentation of projects.Participation in the Sales & Pursuit process from inception of solution, through proposal to the Customer until the task comes on to contract via the various Commercial and Finance teams.Responsible for Stakeholder and Customer management via regular project boards and participation in the Maritime Change Advisory Board.

Project managed and facilitated delivery of the Defence Information Infrastructure (DII) system into MoD across seventeen sites in British Forces Germany.Managed and delivered the change portfolio for all other non DII systems.Responsible for service management and service assurance of all IT and communications products in the DCSA and ISS service catalogues, including IT, telephony, wide area networks, cryptography, TETRA radio systems, satellite communications, BFBS TV & Radio broadcast, VTC and design assurance via the SCIDA role.Additionally responsible for customer and contractor management, convergence assurance, new requirement captures and complaint handling.Secondment to Falkland Islands to stabilise and mentor the DII project and Ascension Island to troubleshoot and recommend a way forward for remediation of local and wide area communications issues in Spring 2012.
