An interim position as Estates Manager actively managing The Willan Group's commercial and residential property portfolio valued at in excess of £30m predominantly in the Northwest of England. Managing both the landlord and the tenant's lease obligations, rent reviews and renewals and ensuring the company's aim to have happy, satisfied and successful tenants occupying competitively priced accommodation.
