Regional Vice President, Venues
CurrentPromoted to oversee operations and support the growth and profitability of the company while enhancing the quality of service and relationships with venue partners and customers at 64 locations in eight states with a total of 175 employees for te global leader for A/V event technology and production services for hybrid, virtual, and in-person events. (Formerly Swank Audio Visual & PSAV)• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 36 Venue Leaders, and partner with Sales leaders to generate $50+ million in annual revenue at properties in MO, MN, NE, IA, KS, OK, AR, and Southern IL by delivering world-class service.• Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality; establish and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and customers.• Drive results by implementing financial management initiatives including goal setting, operational planning, forecasting, and cost control; review financial performance with Venue Leaders, measure KPIs, and develop strategies for improvement.• Collaborate with the Regional V.P., Venue Partnerships to coordinate renewal activities, manage hotel openings and acquire new hotel contracts and/or new specialty services. • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and select talent that aligns with the Company’s culture and objectives.• Identify developmental opportunities for Venue Leaders and create succession plans to prepare the Company for growth.• Review, analyze and communicate results from Guest Satisfaction Surveys, Venue Executive Surveys, and Venue-Branded Surveys; perform site visits to ensure location adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate business practices.
