In my experience in Facilities Management and Property Consultancy over the last decade, I’ve seen the business tend toward the transactional - not very 'human'. My commitment to putting people first is based on the belief that the people are the most important part of the business - from clients, to contractors, to cleaners. I’ve witnessed time and time again the value of putting people first and the difference it can make to not only the business relationship, but the long-term success of any project. I am a great believer in talking plainly and make it my mission to avoid jargon as much as possible. I present information clearly and meaningfully, enabling clients to make crucial decisions. I never present a one-size-fits-all solution, rather I take the time to understand each client’s needs and create a solution that suits them. Whilst I always keep a handle on the big picture, and am adept at balancing priorities; I am devoted to details. I believe no detail is too small to be important and know that getting even the smallest of details right is vital to delivering successful solutions.
