Both audited and developed numerous SOP’s, pinpointed safety hazards, and helped to improve upon process efficiencies wherever possible during my tenure in the Pack Hall.

Brewer working under Head Brewer Eric Hernandez on NSI 20 BBL 4-vessel Brew House. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee process from Grain-to-Glass, wort production, laboratory work, yeast/fermentation monitoring, all cellar/packaging work, maintaining showcase brewery, recipe formulation, develop SOP’s and train new employees, and regular participation in events and festivals.

Operating three GEA Westfalia Separator centrifuges and two sheet filters to produce the highest quality beer; dry hopping; maintaining an impeccable showcase brewery; CIP of fermenters, BBT’s, and yeast brinks; harvesting/pitching yeast; assisting brewers and all other departments in any way possible; and diligently monitoring fermentation process.

Denali National Park, Alaska

(Seasonal Position) Brewery Assistant, worked under Head Brewer Jay Bullen. Responsibilities included, but were not limited too: Cellar Readings, extreme sanitization practices, pulling grain and hops, keeping brewery clean at all times, CIP fermenters, BBT’s, and Brew House, filtering, cleaning kegs, and setting up equipment to transfer/keg off, and assisting with brewing wherever needed.
