1、Responsible for establishing the company's energy management system (including processes, indicators, and continuous improvement). 2、Responsible for organizing relevant departments to accept the government's supervision and audit of the company's energy management to ensure the company's energy management compliance. 3、Responsible for introducing and promoting new energy-saving technologies, new techniques, new products, new materials, etc. in the company to continuously improve the company's energy utilization level. 4、Participate in the energy review of the company's new construction, alteration, expansion and technological improvement projects, etc., and put forward professional opinions. 5、Responsible for organizing regular audits of the energy performance of the company's secondary units, and organizing improvements

1.- Perform rigorous analysis of complex data to provide strategic insights, assumptions and conclusions based on findings to all levels of leadership 2.- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to drive the development of Tesla's data, reporting and analytics platform 3.- Build, maintain and improve data models, predictive models, dashboards and data pipelines 4.- Resolve data issues in upstream systems by working with data quality and application engineering teams and document data compliance to create clean, reliable and scalable "single source of truth" datasets, business logic and KPI definitions5.- Work with business analysts to help automate manual workflows and train them on tools and skills to become self-sufficient as needed

1.- Design residential PV roof systems using custom software based on information gathered from site surveys 2.- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Tesla departments to ensure customer needs and internal deadlines are met 3.- Track all projects through the permitting process and be able to communicate project status to colleagues 4.- Perform additional duties as assigned and/or directed
