Reporting to the APAC Head of Sales & Solutions, and working closely with the ANZ Management Team, I led the full Sales to CM budget and insight process, and ongoing week-to-week Financial Outlook and deviation analyses. Collaborating with our knowledgeable Sales and Operations Teams to determine accurate forecasting of product demand, I would balance supply chain and production capacity with our experienced Logistics Team. Customer-specific products, stock shortages and regulatory product end-of-life requirements challenged the Cashflow to be completely dependent on precise planning and delivery.Utilising SAP and engaging in invaluable conversations with internal key stakeholders, our financial modelling ensured we were well prepared to make sound business decisions for whatever was around the corner.
