I planned, prepared, and initiated 12 weeks of a summer camp. It was actually two summer camps (age 6- 10) and (age 11- 15). I was in charge of commuting with and providing entertainment for an average of 150 kids, 12 counselors, and 4 CIT's (couns in train) every day. I had a budget, outside planning, and many smaller responsibilities. An average day would be a day of games at the beach, or traveling to waterworld, or taking a trip to the woods. Where ever we went, it was the same kind of chaos i had to manage. ^^
