He leads the Strategic Initiative division where he works in partnership with companies on various high value projects to enhance their business capabilities by adopting a holistic approach to integrate multiple management ideologies into long term business process planning. Using his vast experiences in consulting and close working relationships with companies, Andy designs and develops programmes that are practical and applicable to the workplace. His ability to bring real-life examples in interesting and witty way into his programme delivery has brought him praises from learners. Andy conducts public run courses, such as Secrets of Customer Service, Managing Difficult Customers and Situations, Effective Handling of Employee Discipline and Grievances and KPIs with Performance Management, and customised in-house programme for companies from different industries including trading, construction, medical, beauty and wellness, manufacturing, retail and F&B.Andy is also the Lead Resultant and Concept Change Specialist for established companies including TBH Industrial & Marine, The Manhattan FISH MARKET, Louisiana QSR (POPEYES), Ah Dong Teh House, Poh Wah Group of Companies, Ta Zhiang, Body Contours, Suki Group of Restaurants (Suki Sushi, Sakura, Ishi Mura & Nihon Mura), Mary Chia Holdings (Mary Chia Beauty & Slimming Specialist, Urban Homme Face and Body Studio for Men, Spa Menu & MCU Trading), Natural Cool Air-conditioning and Engineering Pte Ltd and Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts Holding.Till date, Andy and team have successfully assisted Body Contours Pte Ltd (2012), Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd (2013), Mary Chia Group of Companies, MFM Restaurants (2017), Ta Zhiang (2017) and Miracle Food & Business (2017) to achieve the certification of Singapore Service Class (SSC). He was appointed as the consultant by SME Center@ASME (previously known as EDC@ASME) for their Productivity Management Programme where he provided consultancy advice to companies on productivity.  He conducted the public workshop on Practical Productivity for Businesses and has garnered total turnout above 1,000 participants and achieved the highest excellent feedback ratings. He has held secretarial portfolios for various National Level training programmes to study, conceptualize and implement multi-pronged approaches to reach out to targeted companies on implementing sustainable and integrative systems including ADVANTAGE! for SMEs, PREPARE, PREPARE Community, Capability Development Grant and the Max Talent.
