This involved frequent visits to clients’ corporate offices to strengthen LFM’s market position and foster long-term relationships. ▪ Developed financial models, market analyses, budgets, and operating plans. ▪ Conducted meetings with subcontractors at multiple domestic and international sites to verify project adherence and ensure timely completion of projects. ▪ Collaborated in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including supervising staff, creating and handling construction documentation, managing accounting tasks, preparing field and progress reports, and facilitating payroll distribution and PTO accrual.
