Input, draft and maintain plan documents, such as those approved by ERISA for 400 clients.Informed all clients of Investment fund changes by sending out change letters. Prepare and send out annual notices to retirement clients to ensure compliance with notice requirementsUtilize 3rd party software to create enrollment packets for our clients and their employees.

Provide support to both the retirement development team and retirement sales team.Oversee and maintain distribution processes.Prepare proposals and Marketing Materials as well as investment projections for potential clients. Serve as a resource for our Call center on Retirement inquiries and provide quick solutions.
