Business Development Manager
Current• Manage my business within D81, D72 and BTS with Target Corporation.• Develop, create and source products for Home Office and BTS.• Sales representation for Home Office, BTS and Sewing.• Implement business development initiatives and program requests from Target.• Manage the packaging process through Target’s IPMG process and wor with vendors on adhering to Target’s policies and procedures.• Identify current and future business and design trends while maintaining a broad knowledge of the retail environment.• Manage program profitability.• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable results.• Trend research for the industry through traveling in Europe and attending shows.• Travel to Asia for product development, sourcing and working with factories on new programs.• Reconcile and manage chargeback’s for vendors.
