As a highly motivated professional with 9 years of experience in Telecommunications Field Operations and 7 years in Manufacturing, I bring a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership to every role I take on. My skills span across FTTH and FTTX design, Construction and Vendor Management, Contractor Management, and Field Operations—allowing me to oversee complex projects and drive success from the ground up.Communication is at the core of what I do, whether it's leading teams, managing operations, or working closely with vendors. As an extrovert, I thrive in collaborative environments and believe in building relationships that enhance business outcomes. My hands-on approach ensures I’m not just guiding projects but actively contributing to their success.As Director of OSP and Services at empower, I lead a team of 20+ in-house and contracted employees, as well as managing multiple contracted construction crews. During that time, we delivered FTTH service to 9,500+ previously underserved and unserved rural homes, surpassing all take-rate projections and revenue goals set in our feasibility studies. We’ve since completed our network build-out and connected more than 50% of our cooperative members more than 2 years ahead of schedule.Now I’m helping maintain our network’s reliability and planning for demand growth as Director of Network and Engineering. Future proofing our network is my biggest focus, upgrading our network hubs to XGSPON and building additional fiber between critical sites.Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, cycling, and spending quality time with my family. These interests keep me energized and focused, both in my personal life and my professional endeavors.
