My public career included extensive & developed proven leadership experience in environments ranging from high pressure, high stress environments through to day to day team and role management. I have been involved at various levels of national projects, driven digital transformation and operated in international environments as an integrated member of multi national teams. Such roles that have included intelligence, forensic, frontline, counter terrorism, managerial and operational.I have the honor of holding a Danish chief of staff commendation, and immensely proud of receiving the 200th Kings Royal Hussars Regimental Medal (since 1909) for my counter insurgency & intelligence work on operational duty in 2006.Now at Cellebrite, a fantastic market leading company with the same core values I hold dear, of making a safer world which we assist with through enhancing digital Intelligence and capability within Law enforcement and Military globally.

Having started as a recruit, I developed my skills both personally and within my trade undergoing countless hours of trade training learning all aspects of tank warfare i honed my skills in the field of close tactical reconnaissance both vehicle mounted and on foot. I undertook the gruelling promotion cadre's to attain non commissioned officer rank of corporal earning the regimental medal for my embed work as an operational intelligence officer in Iraq within the Danish military. On returning to the UK I took on the role of tank troop sergeant responsible for a large group of soldiers and a multi million pound fleet of tanks and vehicles, tasked with ensuring combat readiness, staff welfare and general discipline issues were addressed. I finished my career following a tour of Afghanistan having been injured in combat twice and taking the consciously hard decision due to family commitments.
