A maintenance / production manager in a combat support technician role, supporting armoured infantry regiments on exercise and operations. Responsible for repairing and maintaining military equipment, supervising and managing other technicians, developing other technicians abilities and co-ordinating reactive fault finding repair teams / preventative maintenance teams across many different equipments and working environments in order to maintain a high OEE.Accomplishments• Designed and manufactured new test equipment that reduced logistical requirements.• Initiated new fault reporting systems which simplified and improved an older system.• Educated equipment users to enhance their own personal abilities.
