-Intern Coach alongside my MSc study.-I programmed and lead pitch-based sessions across the week to enhance physical performance and minimise injury risk in semi pro Women’s footballers.-Lead and demonstrated exercises to large groups of footballers including a focus on SAQ, developing linear and multidirectional acceleration, as well as neuromuscular control throughout sport specific movements.-Improved my ability to understand logistically and confidently how to lead sessions with large numbers.-Individually undertook pre-season pre & post testing for the First Team Squad as part of the role and to support my MSc dissertation. The role required strong communication skills, time-management and autonomy.

Provided physical performance coaching to large groups of people in a commercial class- based setting. Provided individual and group technical gym support and exercise demonstration.
