End to End recruitment of graduates in order for them to train to teach to gain QTS. My role did not finish here I would also seek schools to train each candidate and offer pastoral care and advice to each of my trainee teachers. I would also seek employment opportunities for each candidate to ensure once qualified they could begin their NQT year and teaching career.I also partnered with and work closely with the University of Huddersfield and Sheffield Hallam University to ensure each trainee teacher reached or exceeded their potential

I looked after the North School Advocates team led by Janet Woods. I looked after all data and information avenues in and out of the NCTL. Regularly invited and attended monthly meetings with the North East teams as NCTL liaison. We also engaged with schools at various events across the North regions to help ensure school improvement. My biggest achievement was ensuring the NLE funding; designed to financial support failing schools was accurately allocated to the correct schools.
