• Served as the Technical Lead for the World Wide On-Line System (WWOLS), a Mission Assurance Category (MAC) I telecommunications request fulfillment and circuit tracking database system for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Other functions performed:, Software Developer, System Administrator, Webmaster, and Software Tester. The WWOLS system is a client/server platform utilizing an ORACLE relational database server as a back end and a web application utilizing MS ASP.net, VB .net, and Cold Fusion on the front end. • Worked closely with the DISA user community ensuring that all business rules were correctly articulated and then transformed into testing points and software requirements. • Managed software development and maintenance activities using various versions of Visual Basic, (VB .net and VBA); administered Visual Source Safe and PVCS configuration management tools; created project management tracking tool, created stand-alone applications with MS Access; maintained Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) web site; managed and participated in an effort that converted the WWOLS MS Access desktop application to an ASP .Net and Visual Basic .Net web application, performed IV&V of software development; developed and maintained SQL & PL/SQL queries for both Access and ORACLE.

• Managed requirements by ensuring they were properly defined and prioritized. Requirements were developed from the DISA NS2 RFW process and bi-weekly user group meetings.• Worked several cycles with the Field Security Office (FSO) to ensure all Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for software, hardware, networks, and databases were followed in order to achieve and maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for the WWOLS system.• Developed MS Project schedules for Monthly releases. Releases were performed using agile programming.• Authored Monthly Status Reports, Test Plans, Design Documents, Implementation Plans, and other document deliverables.• Developed MS Visio drawings for required documentation.• Worked closely with DISA and DISA customers to ensure they could access WWOLS data through various web and mail services. These tools included DDOE, Storefront, DITCO and the IDEAS system, NCCM, OSS-Central (soon to be GNISE), Strategic Command and the GADDS and MADDS systems, and the Common Communication Vehicle (CCV). • As Storefront replaces the DDOE system as the new Order Entry (OE) system, worked effort to ensure WWOLS can receive the TR/TSR data from Storefront.• Performed system setup, testing, and design for the WWOLS application. Built and maintained Windows 2003 Servers and windows workstations. Set up and maintained web sites using MS Internet Information Server (IIS 6.0/7.0) the .Net Framework and Cold Fusion.• Ensured the desktop applications, web applications, Windows NT servers and Web servers met NSA and DISA Security Readiness Review Standards (SRR) by applying the Security Technical Implementation Guidelines. (STIGs).• Completed migration of the WWOLS MS Access Client application to a web-based application using ASP .net, VB .net, and ODP .net (Oracle Data Provider) technologies. The application is the front-end to an Oracle 11 database.
