Career Engagement, Royal Air Force - work and interact predominantly with young people, ages 14 - 18, helping them to explore career and apprenticeship options and raise awareness of the opportunities available in the Royal Air Force.Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 education establishments across the South East of England, identifying and managing relationships with Career Leads, keeping them informed of the activities we offer. These include: attendance at career fairs; presentations; mock interviews; delivery of Personal Development Training (PDT); careers advice; signposting; help with application process. In addition, provide community engagement at Air Shows and sporting and community events; work closely with organisations such as MPCT (Military Preparation College for Training), Young Professionals; Not Going to Uni; Apprenticeship and Skills exhibitions; STEM projects.
