  In my time at Innovia I’ve worked in many sectors including medical devices, FMCG, packaging, papermaking, sportswear, apparel and energy. My clients have included Procter & Gamble, Shell, Arena, PepsiCo and The North Face.In my current role I focus on business development, supporting Innovia's sales teams and processes, and managing our portfolio of client relationships.I have led or played a key role in a wide range of projects, including work to: - Support the development of a proving ground, on the I-85 in Georgia, for innovations and technologies in sustainable transportation, for the Ray C. Anderson Foundation (theray.org) - Develop real-world scenes to bring the visual benefit of contact lenses to life. I presented this work at the British Contact Lens Association conference in June 2014. - Help Arena develop the Powerskin X-Glide swimsuit. The X-Glide broke several world records and was voted by Time magazine as one of the top 50 inventions of 2009. - Help Lee Jeans develop ‘Shapetastic’ - a revolutionary and patent-pending jean that fits and flatters. - Investigate the market value of a novel NMR instrument beyond the oil and gas industry. We defined what it could really do, based on the fundamental physics of NMR, and explored where these capabilities might be valuable. - Identify novel chemistries for improving the sustainability of the hot asphalt supply chain. - Understand the drying process in dishwashers, and create new concepts for dewatering. Five years after the project our lead recommendation became the industry standard.
