I have sole responsibility for three branches of Go New Recruitment, a subsidiary of Staffline Recruitment. My role includes credit management for these branches, process integration to bring them in line with group compliance procedures, and project management of bespoke processes to provide excellent service delivery to customers from a range of industries.

Working on a project-specific basis, I was solely responsible for the dispute management aspects of the credit control function, dealing with a high volume of 120+ and bad debt queries within the FMCG industry.
