Working on behalf of Microsoft to promote various Microsoft products to both businesses and consumers. The role was made up of three different responsibilities, sales, marketing, and training. The focus was to ensure that our products were being displayed correctly to various customers and to ensure that they were sold effectively across my region. One key aspect of the role was to be a representative in various sales meetings and both market and sell the products.

During my time at Virgin Media business, I worked in a number of different teams.I started my career in outbound sales, before moving to inbound sales in inside sales. I then moved into a retention team working to ensure customers would stay with us and remain happy.An opportunity came up in the training team, to step up to train both sales and customer service staff in the business including both new and existing staff members. I continued to train staff until I left in 2013.
