I was introduced to this awesome company in 2016 and joined the team as a Service Manager overseeing the electrical and appliance departments. I was immediately impressed by Bonfe's culture and their values that aligned with my own. Shortly after being hired, I became more involved in on-boarding, which includes full integration with our culture along with process and software training. In addition to other duties, I run various training classes, oversee workplace safety as the Safety Director, lead interview team, provide technical and recruiting support, facilitate team building events, and ride along with technicians to offer hands-on coaching. As HR Manager I am more involved with recruiting and retention and every day I get to do what I love, which is to help people.

I started with The Home Depot while still in college as a flooring specialist. Within a few months, I was promoted to supervisor of the Paint department where I began my career in leadership. Excelling within the role, I was soon trusted to oversee Kitchen and then Garden, two of the largest departments with the largest profits. I was invited to take the Regional Manager Assessment (RMA) exam and passed, and was promoted to Merchandising Manager for the Coon Rapids Home Depot. I developed a reputation for cleaning up store appearances, improving morale, providing consistency, and offering training and development. After exceeding the company's expectations for a little over a year, I was moved to the second largest store in the district, the Maplewood Home Depot as the Merchandising Manager. About a year after I started attending the Hi-potential Manager classes, I became the Operations Manager. My favorite part about managing at the Home Depot was influencing the lives of so many people both in the store and out in the community. I ran many Team Depot projects to help out local veterans, including the remodel of the Maplewood MN VFW. Other achievements include-district trainer of new merchandising managers-facilitated full store inventories-project management of two store remodels-volunteered to assist many other stores with remodels
