My background involves providing strategic management, process evolution, business development strategy, and structural guidance for private clients and companies. With an emphasis on fostering partnership and communicating relevant data to key stakeholders. My cross-industry experience comprises working directly within retail investment and in merger and acquisition transactions in the EMEA, US, and APAC markets. I've designed and implemented new pricing structures, sales strategies, and client propositions in the financial and management consultancy industry and managed, developed, and trained stakeholders across all levels to understand why, how, and when these strategies could be used effectively. At Clearsulting, I am responsible for our Alliance Function, Practices, Marketing and Sales in EMEA and thus facilitate our ability to deliver the power of the whole firm to the clients that we support.I have extensive experience in building and maintaining both B2B and B2C relationships and the distribution and sales strategies to support them. Much of my experience was gained in the United States, where I worked as a VP in one of fastest growing distribution firms in the US financial industry. After ten successful and exciting years in the States my wife and I decided to move our family back to the UK and from here I now head up our Commercial Organisation @ Clearsulting EMEA.I am a father of three active and brilliant young children and I am a rugby manager for the mighty Petersfield RFC and I work closely with my wife on a number of other volunteering and property based projects.
