EPCM TCO - Senior pipeline welding inspector for the Future Growth Project to increase production of crude oil by 12,000,000 tonnes per annum.Attend NFI's in align with Project specific ITP's and review and sign off on QVD's.Review radiographs daily for all sub-contractors and track reject rates to keep aligned with Project 5% reject rate for Sweet and Sour service lines.Pipeline inspections working with API 5L X60 GrB specification material, with pipe diameters and wall thicknesses in line with API 1104 ranges.CS, LTCS, SS, HDPE, PERT and electro-fusion weld joint inspections.Review and verify all other NDE reports; UT, RT, MT, PT and HT, conforming to Project specifications and code requirements including ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, B31.8 API 1104, AWS D1.1 and D1.6.Witness PQR and welder qualifications for CS, LTCS, SS, HDPE, PERT and electro-fusion welding.Participate in audits where required.Perform Quality surveillance's in line with Company procedures and KPI's.Verify and monitor Contractor calibration registers for welders, WPS, consumables and equipment.Working with a wide range of codes and specifications including API, ASME, ISO, GOST and AWS.Reporting of all field activities with the aim of continuous improvement opportunities.Witness all Hydro-testing activities in line with code and RoK regulations.Witness all types of destructive testing including hardness, tensile, bend, nick break and charpy in accordance with API 1104 and additional Project requirements.

Review and sign off work packs and job cards for site execution.Compile electronic databases for WPS, welder qualifications and consumables.Progressively compile and review MDR documentation.Final review of MDR including all Quality documentation and submit to client.Mobilise to site for shut downs including all welding works, materials, fit up, heat inputs and flange management.Monitor of golden welds and overall assistance to site core crew for close out of job cards.Review and submit WPS to client for approval and compile QRS to cover welding requirements for both ASME IX and AS1554.Liaise with site team daily to resolve all issues.Design and review task specific ITR's and ITP's.Witness welder qualifications to ASME IX, B31.3 SCC.Weekly Project updates including use of Microsoft Office and closeout of NCR's.

EPCM Chevron - Closure welds/Single weld hook ups (golden welds).Monitor welder qualification register, act as witness for qualification of welders to AWS D1.1, ASME IX SCC.Review and monitor contractor consumables, materials, fit-up, in process and final heat input with o2 monitoring.Review documentation to go towards final MDR.Witness hydro testing of pipe spools, full lines and systems.Review and sign off of job cards/work packs.Also act as witness for testing of valves and also flange management, bolting up of critical joints.

MDR review in a team environment representing the client.Traceability checks to ensure all materials and consumables have correct certification and that all welding works completed has been subjected to the correct NDT class and service requirements. Reports checked include RT, MT, PT, FN & PWHT. Acceptance criteria ASME IX NFS/SCC.Using electronic database to review weld procedures and qualifications and project documentation to ensure it complies with the project specifications.Reviewed all reports associated to spool drawings, including hydrostatic and pneumatic testing and NDT.Communicating with management on a daily basis with progress to enable the release of spooling for Barrow Island.
