Account Executive
Current- Promoted to account executive to apply product expertise and build relationships through monthly engagement on customers success plans with 100 of our largest customers- Building and delivering: limited RFQs/RFPs with contract negotiation, security assessment and software demonstration- Responsible for $3M in sales revenue and $8M retention- Developed, organized and presented a monthly live webinar series with an average annual attendance of 15,000+ (10% year over year growth)- Created and presented the first Business Review for our largest 20+ customers utilizing SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word- Sales Representative at several national trade shows annually- Managed my own book of customers (international and domestic)- Responsible for all post-sales customer engagement- Conduct C-Level Executive Business reviews with multi-million-dollar hospital and university leadership- Provide strategic usage data to customers- Provide CEO with reporting/metrics related to sales pipeline and customer retention- Built strategic customer success onboarding, escalation, implementation, mitigation, renewal and exit playbooks- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores- Collaborate with internal teams for industry best practices and recommendations to provide the most value to the customer’s goals and resolutions- Create publications such as email campaigns, presentations and webinars for product awareness to bring a successful experience for customers- Product expert to provide strategies with the most value to the customer- Project manager on several large accounts through implementation and customer lifecycle- Facilitated over 100 individual customer Data Exchange to assess their need and coordinator with internal stakeholders to develop the statement of work, work order, and timeline for implementation
