I like getting things done and don’t make a very good bystander. From the simplicity of a one off training workshop to the more complex needs of international training requirements to support corporate change programmes, I believe that anything is possible.Colleagues describe me as a creative thinking professional who is motivated and passionate and I love a no nonsense approach to making a big difference.I have led development and training interventions that have involved all manner of solutions from an interactive workbook to six month blended learning programmes.I apply both the consultancy cycle and training cycle as appropriate so when faced with a learning solution that is required nationally, with a deadline fast approaching, I can work with my colleagues to supply bespoke and robust development interventions on time, at quality and within budget.
