Responsible for the day to day management of the business relating to the transport of out of gauge loads with an excellent understanding of the business requirements of a broad range of clients. This includes agreeing terms and conditions for project work and the management of internal and external resources to enable the business to operate efficiently, achieving successful business performance. I have day to day responsibility for Health and Safety requirements within both Wynn's Ltd. and Robert Wynn and Sons, our subsidiary company, operating two heavy lift vessels supported by completing an IOSH Managing Safely course and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Distinction).

Reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for day to day management of contracts. Working as the initial point of contact for clients. This included liaison in respect to confirming the requirements of requests for quotations and tender submissions, agreeing terms and conditions, work instructions and resourcing the project team to ensure that the required work and reporting is undertaken within agreed work scopes, budgets and time scales.

Responsible for the monitoring of route requirements appertaining to Abnormal Indivisible Loads and negotiating with government departments, structural agencies and police forces involved in the granting of permissions. Proactive in seeking solutions and maintaining an accurate AIL routes database. Instrumental in producing concise information for internal and external consumption. This work is for numerous clients in all sectors of the electricity generation and supply industry including many of the major power generators and transmission companies in respect to access requirements for wind farms, power stations and substations for the delivery of heavy electrical components such as transformers, generators, reactors, wind turbine components and heavy cranes.
