Experience allows me to manage with confidence all types of the printing process, from high volume to short run specialist work. I am an energetic, ambitious, hard-working team player and manager with excellent project leadership and communication skills. My current position as Works Manager at Optichrome I am responsible for staff and production across printing, machine & hand finishing, mailing, despatch, deliveries and goods-in. My previous position at D2 Printing I was responsible for leading a team and the day-to-day running of a busy production facility for an Award-winning printing company that specialises in luxury packaging and complex printing & fulfilment campaigns. The role involved the procurement of outwork services and materials, scheduling jobs, running production lists, chairing daily production meetings, managing and visiting suppliers, quality control and organising worldwide logistics.At Repropoint I managed various teams which formed the backbone of this well established and busy digital print company.Whilst working for Williams Lea I worked in busy production centres for prestigious city banks in London and Amsterdam.
