A&M Print Ltd. is more commonly know as "The Deepings Advertiser" and "The Villages Advertiser" which are the two weekly publications that we produce. Each is a similar format but covers a different geographical area - see website for details.The contents of these publications include local tradesmen, what's on at the local pubs, restuarants and clubs, items for sale, property to let, situations vacant and much more.Just over 9000 copies are printed and deliverd through local letterboxes every week, providing employment for around 47 "paper boys & girls" as well as 2 full time and 2 part time positions in our premises on Northfields Industrial Estate.

I have been interested in property development for many years, buying and improving several of my own homes. In 1999 I first ventured into the lettings market as a landlord and since then have built a small portfolio of properties, learning a lot along the way.Due to increasing legislation and other demands on my time, I reached a point where I considered using an agent to manage these properties but struggled to find one that met my exacting standards for quality of service at an affordable price.Along with Maria and Kim, we decided to set up 26 Letters to cater for these criteria in early 2013 and all undertook professional training.
