Key Responsibilities:  Provide troubleshooting services for customers’ computer networks including NBN router, Watchguard firewalls, layer 2 switches and computers;  Managing Microsoft systems including: Windows Server, Exchange Servers, Active Directory, Domain Name System, Office 365, Windows 7, 8, 10 family; Run regular Server (application and terminal servers) and Firewall maintenance, both on-site and remote for clients including: update patching, firmware, check log event, check servers’ performance and do optimization; Implementing CCTV systems, Alarm and AVAYA IP phone systems. Key Achievement: Solved network and Microsoft issues for many clients in Darwin, via both on-site and remote troubleshooting; Implemented Office 365 for a big client in Darwin, including head office and serval remote branches; Implemented Alarm system using InnerRange Inception product for a client in remote area of NT; Implemented CCTV system including cameras, monitoring system, and secured connection from CCTV to storage server at datacenter; Implemented AVAYA IP phone system for a big client in Darwin, NT.

As a certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solution Architect and Security Specialist, I was self-employed to provide system development services based on AWS cloud platform.Key Achievement: Completed my own portal on AWS (https://aussiewebstudio.com/) as the proof point for our future potential customers.
