As a Site Engineer for State Asphalt Services, the role sees me undertaking various Construction and Road Rehabilitation Projects for various clients in the Sydney Metropolitan area ranging from Local Government to Tier 1s.The role sees me undertaking responsibilities including:- Pre-operation planning including site preparations, pavement development and survey analysis.- Quality assurance of asphalt pavement as per conformance with RMS road construction standards particularly R116, R118, R119 & R121 for the Sydney Road network.- Verification of quality documentation including traceability sheets, straight-edge testing and laboratory reports for both production and density.- Occasional project management duties which includes mobilization of operational resources, cost estimations and obtaining stakeholder approvals with TMC, utilities and governing bodies.Previous and ongoing Projects that I am working on include:- Western Sydney Airport - Aerowest- Heathcote Rd Upgrade-WestConnex Rozelle Interchange- Fairfield City Council, Penrith City Council & Canterbury Bankstown Council LGA Rehabilitation

High Performance and Head of the Sparring Department at the UNSW Taekwondo ClubResponsibilities include:- Strategic development and management of the Team's training program catering to a range of skill from Beginners to Elite Athlete Students- High performance technical and combat theory training for students who are positioned for Elite Athlete Program Scholarships- Leadership and on-field coaching duties for players at all levels from State, Collegiate and International Level competitions

As the acting High Performance Coach of Chungdo Taekwondo based in the North Shore, my role extends to that of a team manager, coach & scouter. My role as HP Coach sees me coaching our forefront competition teams including the North Sydney Girls HS team & the newly formed North Sydney Boys HS team.The role entails:- Scouting and recommending talent individuals for the competition team- Forming, tailoring and implementing of learning action plans- Supervising & managing of logistics for competitive events- Coaching of athletes in both technical and sparring components- Liaising with fellow stakeholders and community members to achieve target outcomes

Whilst affiliated with the UTS Taekwondo Club I was an active executive committee member responsible with various administrative, managerial and PR responsibilities.These responsibilities extend to:- Acting Social Director working in tandem with the Events Director to organize activities and major events- Equipment and Maintenance Officer responsible with club utilities & facilities in an attempt to improve longevity and restocking- Interuniversity representative liaising with other executive cores of various university clubs incl. UNSW, USyd & WSU

My role as an Engineering Intern saw me conducting various tasks under my Supervising Engineer in the Maintenance Department. These responsibilities extend to:- Liaising with clients, particularly residents about prevalent issues in regards to council utilities & assets- Directing of work orders that of which involves repairs, reconstruction or removal of council assets- Administrative tasks and filing of paperwork on behalf of the Supervising Engineer- Processing of Development Applications for the construction of public to private assets such as driveways, telecom utilities and drainage

During my time at the University of Sydney as a Specialist Coach in Taekwondo, my responsibilities mainly entail the nurturing and improving of talent individuals of the Sydney University Taekwondo club in preparation for the university circuit of 2016.The role entails:- Instructing & training of technical skills to both general and competitive members of the club- Reporting & tracking the performance of competitive members- Liaising with the club's administrative branch in order to improve the quality of the club- Managing and acting coach of the Club during competitive events
