In this role I assist PMs with project management duties and oversee Quality Assurance for Major Asphalt Projects and council works in NSW. This requires effective communication skills and ability to build relationship with client and subcontractors. I am also provided with occasional opportunity of stepping up and managing projects of my own which has helped me develop my judgement and decision making. This role has seen extensive site presence developing understanding of on-site execution process.My portfolio of projects incudes:• Councils: Fairfield, Georges River, Penrith, Canterbury Bankstown, and Campbelltown• Projects: Aerowest “Western Sydney International Airport”, Georgiou-Spring Farm, Georgiou-King Georges Road, CPB M6, Ertech-Heathcote Road, Quickaway-Henry Lawson Dr, Ventia SRAP and TfNSWSome of my duties include:• Pre-Mobilization site inspection: Site inspection with SME’s and Client. Scope of work, plant, personal and risks are identified.• Developing Program: This involves sequencing of work and planning of resources i.e. labour, plant, and materials. • Admin Duties: This includes DBYD, ROL, TGS and VMP.• Work Order: This involves planning out float movements, procuring and allocating resources such as Asphalt, crew, plant, trucks, Traffic control and various Sub-contractor. • Site Visit: Onsite inspection of work and communicating with client and subcontractors.• Costings: This involves identification of revenue generated and cost incurred. I help keep track of project performance and identify specific are where losses are occurring, or profit is being made. This involves in-depth understanding of the contract and execution of works.• Quality Assurance: Quality assurance of asphalt pavement as per TfNSW standards particularly R116, R118, R119 & R121 and Verification of quality documentation.• Progress Claim• Communication and relationship building
