I build trust by engaging in an authentic and collaborative manner. I try to maintain that attitude in everything that I am involved with. I currently hold the position of Vice President, Canadian Asset Management, with BentallGreenOak. I manage approximately $2.0 billion in commercial term mortgages in Western Canada. I have experience in real estate valuation and consulting. In addition to my VP, I am an executive member of the Asian Network, an affiliation group to connect all employees of Asian heritage.Volunteerism and giving back to the community is very important to me. I am currently the President of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia. He also serve on the Association of Neighbourhood Houses of British Columbia Finance Committee. With the Appraisal Institute of Canada, I am active on the B.C. Membership Engagement Committee, the AIC's President’s Council on Diversity and member of the Board of Director of the B.C. Chapter. I am on the Board of the BCREA. I was also on the Board of the Vietnamese Professional Association of B.C. From time to time, I also host on the Lac Viet Public Education Society’s radio program on Fairchild FM96.1.
