I moved into the world of Health and Safety, training and assessing. I have a range of NEBOSH qualifications from Diploma level to Environmental and Fire and Risk Management. I have also qualified as a Lead Auditor to OHSAS 18001 standard. I have a range of training skills from Senior Management to operative levels specialising in the field of Heavy equipment. Having completed my career with Industry Training Services I have taken the post of External Quality Assurer with NOCN. I am now currently working with NOCN Job Cards as the Quality and Development Manager, responsible for developing the training standards for Plant Categories and associated products. I am also responsible for the Quality Assurance within NOCN Job Cards across UK and Ireland.
