Responsible for managing large volume Pro customers, providing them with personalized service, special incentive programs, and a point of contact outside of the stores. Focus on key segments of the Pro business including Restoration, Property Management, Property Investors, Government and Remodel customers.Effectively grown current territory by nearly 400% over 5 years by growing customer spend and expanding portfolio to include some of the largest Pro customers in the Region. I've worked to develop solutions for customers outside of our normal Retail model, growing share of wallet and earning right to advance. Finished in top 5% of Home Depot PARs for both halves of Fiscal 2015.
