CurrentKey Attributes:• Professional selling skills• Proven successful sales skills• Willingness to help others succeed• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Experience dealing with sales teams and departments • Direct expense budget experience• Direct sales budget• Time management skills• Management of READay to day responsibilities:• Achieve the agreed sales budget.• Manage & achieve individual sales team KPI’s• Identify weaknesses, opportunities and implement change where required• Champion Pipeline Matrix • Manage individual sales consultant’s pipeline• Establish & manage individual Sales Team conversion rates • Implement strategies to achieve HBC Retail Strategy• Quality recruitment & retention of New Homes Consultants• Manage ongoing recruitment ensuring sales team numbers are maintained at the required level• Customer Survey results meeting KPI’s• Genuine acceptance and development of Homebuyers Centre Culture• Develop & maintain positive working relationships with all Departments• Management of performance reviews and follow up of Development Plans• Sales Training & motivational calendar • Ensure expedient delivery of clean deals into pre-construction• Oversee quality of design requests• Follow through all cancellations to ensure they are closed out• High energy / motivational weekly sales meetings• Manage attention to detail from all Sales Team members• Instil positive & progressive results in Organisational Effectiveness Survey• Successful outcomes of coaching & development• Overall presentation of Display homes• Maintenance items closed out in a timely manner• Ensure professional presentation of sales consultant• Sales Rep “care factor” and “attention to detail”
