Maia Consulting are an outsourced call centre with circa 220 seats. Maia had clients such as British Gas, Three Mobile, Scottish and Southern Energy, Scottish Power, TML and Sector Alarms. Their main purpose was to deliver high volume sales through cold/warm calling, but without compromising the quality of the sales. My role was to manage the complete sales cycle from hiring staff through weekly assessment centres, performance management, client liaison and dialler management.
