20 years experience helping the power and utilities sector (in the main) deal with complex challenges and make the most of their systems, processes and people. As a PwC Partner, I am responsible for developing business and leading the delivery of a range of PwC risk / consulting projects in the sector.I span both technology and business logic and have led a wide range of projects across industry-wide change (e.g. the gas industry systems replacement 'Project Nexus'), emerging regulation / markets, process / compliance effectiveness (e.g. energy supplier customer services and billing, vulnerability and prepayment metering), complex market audits (e.g. the BSC and competitive B2B water market), preparation for RIIO-3 and future regulation, the Net Zero transition and support to (mainly finance) transformation programmes. Exciting times in a sector I love working with.I was an operational team leader for 3 years, managing people matters for a business unit group of 100+ PwC specialists.
