Running a young and dynamic team of Innovators the role is an extension of the previous Senior Product Manager roll with more time dedicated to managing the team. The team has been put together to enable TCSJohnhuxley to not just continue to develop all the existing product range, but to continue being a dynamic company with the ability to react to customers request quickly to deliver new products to the market. The team will always be striving to understand the latest technologies in the market place to see how they could benefit the gaming industry and either develop in house products or work closely with strategic partners to deliver the best products possible to the gaming industry.

Managing a team of Product Innovators

• Managing multiple supplier relationships..• Managing test procedures, alpha / beta sites for new products.• Roll out of new software platforms in UK and Europe.• Designing and testing new products.• Sales assistance in presentations to customers• Monthly reporting on all assigned project activities including time lines, man power spent, current costing and forecasting completion and financials. • Understanding and utilizing proprietary software provided by vendors • Developing skills in XML (software programming language) to enable programming of supplied products to tailor products to customer needs.• Evaluating new products from suppliers and documenting results.

• Learn to a high technical level all software / hardware products provided by TCS.• Development / management of a new software application designed to monitor roulette wheels.• Project manage roll out of software worldwide.• Management of supplier relationship for core products sold worldwide.• Manage customer product modifications with suppliers keeping to timelines.• Design and documenting customer networking requirements for proprietary products.• Provide support to customers during installation & commissioning including on site user training throughout Europe.• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware / software problems and recommend and implement corrective solutions.• Responsible for High level support on product and sorting out local regulatory certificates.• Playing a key role in designing Trade show layouts and managing suppliers / products and timelines.
