CurrentSales Development and Management:-Set sales targets and create comprehensive plans to achieve them for all wholesale, LE, and OEM customers.-Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and sales channels.-Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs for informed sales strategies.-Guide and support the sales team in developing and closing opportunities.-Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.-Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct evaluations.-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for teamwork and growth.-Implement effective sales training programs to enhance team skills.Drive revenue growth:-Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners.-Acquire new business and expand existing accounts for revenue growth.-Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts.-Implement efficient sales processes for optimal performance.Product management and Sourcing:-Collaborate with engineering, marketing and ownership to identify market trends and customer needs.-Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, both domestically and globally.-Negotiate favorable terms, including pricing and delivery schedules.-Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternatives.-Lead quality initiatives at vendor's facilities to ensure standards are met and exceeded. -Provide input on pricing, features, and positioning strategies.-Collaborate with Marketing to ensure successful product launches and gather feedback for improvements.Cross-functional collaboration:-Work with marketing to execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.-Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders for market-aligned product offerings.-Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
