I worked on the design of several product components as well as tooling and fixtures needed for testing of the core technology. Other duties included working on the design and layout for a future manufacturing facility.

The products designed involved a wide range of manufacturing processes including: CNC routing, tube forming, precision machining, roto-molding, sheet metal, welding, PVC dipping and powder coat painting.
