Full management of software development processes to provide support for PhD and Post Doctoral research within the Psychology department.Developed the Tobii® Toolbox for Matlab to enable data from a Tobii® Eye Tracker to be processed directly using Matlab. This toolbox was sold to Tobii® and released in 2011.Developed a software model showing perceived motion direction detection in the human visual system. This involved working with a Post Doctorate student and a Professor to collect their requirements and have regular progress and scheduling meetings to ensure that their research could progress.Assisted PhD and Post Doctorate students in the design and setting up of experiments.

Working alongside the sales team to answer technical questions about the product range.Creating hardware configurations to meet customer requirements.Visiting customer sites to install or update servers and diagnose any hardware faults.Managing the Linux Centre of Competency in the South Bank office.
