I am an experienced EHS Manager. I have been with the same company for the last 13 years. I have been promoted multiple times in the last 13 years, leading up to the position I hold today. My journey with Bridgestone began as a Production Teammate and from there I was promoted into a newly created Site Safety Facilitator position. After two years as Site Safety Facilitator, I was promoted into the Division’s EHS Coordinator role.In 2017 I received a promotion to EHS Manager over 2 divisions and 4 different facilities. Two in Ohio, one in Tennessee, and the other in New York.In 2021 The Bridgestone Corporation announced their business plan to separate from several of their diversified programs. The two divisions under the BAPM umbrella were purchased by separate companies. This reassigned me solely to the foam products division as Risk Control and EHS Manager over three facilities and a chair on the Executive Committee.I have a strong track record and am looking forward to brining my skills and abilities to the next chapter in my career.In addition to my years of experience, I have strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow me to adapt to any group or situation. Abilities in compliance, data analysis, and process improvements are three things that have helped me to build relationships and achieve results. I have the drive and passion to help sustain and develop a great culture. Improving processes that improve knowledge and working conditions for Teammates is what factor drives me most.
